How to overcome vomiting in babies

GladChild: Vomiting in babies is one of the disorders that often occur in infants. Typically, this occurs because the baby is too much to drink milk, spit and air disturbance. Babies who are cuddled too closely after a meal are also stimulated to vomit, how to overcome vomiting in babies:
  • Slow-feeding give it little by little, but with the frequency rather frequently. Try to burp your baby every time you move to the other breast.
  • Feed the baby in an upright position. Position your baby remain upright for 20-30 minutes after feeding. Do not be cuddled or rocked, at least half an hour after feeding. If given a milk bottle, make sure the nipple hole is too small or too big.
  • Formula milk allergy or food that mothers eat can affect the baby through breast milk consumption.
  • Generally foods that are potentially disruptive in breast milk is made from dairy-processed products, foods or beverages that contain caffeine, such as soft drinks, chocolate, coffee, tea, etc. Then the seeds and nuts, for example wheat, corn, peanuts, spicy foods and foods that contain a gas such as broccoli, garlic, bean sprouts, green peppers, cauliflower, cabbage and so on.
So it's good if the mother keep the food he eats. Eat only healthy foods, especially foods that are recommended by your doctor.
